Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify.

Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by destination. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Returns

All sales are final. Products cannot be returned or refunded once shipped, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective — in which case, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Product use

SwiftSwitch is intended for indoor use on standard residential wall switches. Follow the included instructions. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or misuse.
